Carol Bannen – Carol retired from a 40+ year career as Director of Information Resources at Reinhart, Boerner, Van Deuren, where she supervised research and records. She is now a long-time volunteer and currently Vice President of Education and Board member of the Wauwatosa Historical Society.
Jeff Enders – Jeff is a homebrewer with over 30 years of brewing experience, brewing both modern and ancient beer styles. A student of all things pertaining to beer, he is a certified beer judge and volunteers at Old World Wisconsin as a historic brewer, demonstrating brewing over a wood fire, 1860’s style. He presents the History of Brewing.
Julie Peay – Julie is a longtime volunteer with the Wauwatosa Historical Society, having served on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Research Library Committee. Since retiring, she has assembled requested house histories weekly and has completed nearly 200 to date. She responds to other research as requested and helps with activities throughout the year. She is also a Trustee for the Wauwatosa Cemetery. In that position, she organizes and trains volunteers to lead tours of the historic cemetery with administrative assistance from the Society. The tours offer a complimentary opportunity for visitors interested in Wauwatosa’s history.
Carol Rosen – Carol volunteers with the Wauwatosa Historical Society as a member of the research and writing team. She holds a Ph.D. in Historical Geography from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is Professor Emerita of Geography at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
Rachael Ver Duin – Rachael has been an active volunteer with the WHS for over three decades. She is a member of the Research and Education Committee and focuses on researching special topics, writing informational materials, and scripting presentations. She has prepared WHS displays for many audiences and venues, and has researched and coordinated the exhibits for the Firefly Art Fair for twenty years. She is regularly a tour guide at the Kneeland-Walker House.
