Brews & Blooms: Oktoberfest!

Prost! Brews & Blooms is back for one more round — Oktoberfest style!

Before Brews & Blooms became our summertime beer garden series, it began as a one-day Oktoberfest celebration called Prosit! This fall, we’re returning to those roots with a special Oktoberfest edition of Brews & Blooms on the beautiful grounds of the historic Kneeland-Walker House.

Raise a stein and celebrate the season with an evening of live music, German food, Hammerschlagen, and plenty of beer, including local favorites and German brews on tap.

Settle into the Victorian Gardens with friends and neighbors, enjoy the music, test your skills at Hammerschlagen, and soak up the atmosphere of a traditional Wisconsin Oktoberfest with a distinctly Wauwatosa twist.

What to expect:

Come in your lederhosen or dirndl if the spirit moves you, bring your friends, and help us send off the Brews & Blooms season with a proper Prost!

Brews & Blooms is more than a beer garden. It’s a way to bring people together at one of Wauwatosa’s most treasured historic places. Every purchase supports the Wauwatosa Historical Society and our work to preserve, share, and celebrate Wauwatosa’s history.

Good beer. Good music. Good company. Prost!

Brews & Blooms Oktoberfest will feature live music both nights, Hammerschlagen games, and authentic German fare!
