40th Annual Firefly Art Fair

The Society is excited to celebrate the Firefly Art Fair’s 40th year!
Join us for the 40th Firefly Art Fair, located on the beautiful grounds of the Wauwatosa Historical Society. In addition to the fine artwork created by over 70-80 talented artisans and makers, guests will enjoy a unique garden setting, food and beverages, music, a silent auction, and the opportunity to participate in special activities — all on the grounds of the historic Kneeland-Walker House.
The Fair will feature a wide array of art, including paintings, pottery, ceramics, and glass, as well as basketry, jewelry, fiber art, mosaics, photography, pen-and-ink drawings, metalwork, woodwork, and hand-crafted specialty items by quality makers.
The two-day event is held on August 1st, 10 am-4 pm & August 2nd, 10 am-4 pm.
Tickets grant access to either Saturday or Sunday. Once scanned, tickets cannot be used for re-entry.

Stop by the event tent for live music, to grab a bite and a drink, and dive into activities happening all weekend long.
Food & Refreshments
From savory to sweet, the fair has something for every appetite. Fatty Patty Food Truck is serving up gourmet burgers, gyros, and sides for a satisfying bite between booths. Craving something sweet? Miss Molly’s has you covered with fresh baked goods and lunch fare. And don’t miss Firefly’s traditional pie tent, stocked with homemade pies from Bunzel’s and the historical society’s own bakers — a fair favorite you won’t want to skip.
Live Music
Let the music move you! Throughout the weekend, the fairgrounds come alive with live sound — from soulful blues and folk to swinging jazz and brass.

Firefly in Bloom

Firefly in Bloom, a floral workshop led by Aromatic Acres returns this year on Saturday afternoon, 2:30 to 4:00 pm. Gather with us beneath the tent for a hands-on floral arranging experience featuring the very best of the summer flower season. You’ll select from an abundant flower bar overflowing with locally grown blooms at their peak and create a garden-inspired arrangement with expert guidance from the Aromatic Acres team. Cloud 9 Children’s Activity
Saturday, August 1st, 1:00PM-3:00pm
Join Cloud 9 Workshop for a hands-on session where kids transform an ordinary cereal box into a one-of-a-kind journal to take home and keep writing in. No registration needed — just drop by anytime during the workshop window. Perfect for curious minds ages 4–11.
